Starting your facility can be overwhelming. Wolf Point, LLC provides hands-on support with the application and licensing process so you don't have to navigate it alone. From preparing forms to meeting compliance standards we make sure your first steps are done right.
ARF provides 24-hour non-medical care to adults ages 18-59 who are unable to live independently due to physical, developmental, or mental health needs. These homes are generally 4-6 beds and focus on daily living support, personal care, and community integration.
RCFEs, often called "assisted living," provide housing, meals, personal care, and supervision for individuals 60 and older. Facilities can range in size from small homes to larger facilities.
ICFs serve individuals with developmental disabilities who need more structured care than an ARF but do not require the full medical services of a hospital or skilled nursing facility. They provide active treatment, personal care, and skill development programs.
SNFs, are also known as nursing homes, provide 24-hour nursing care for residents who need medical supervision, rehabilitation, or long-term support for chronic conditions. These facilities are highly regulated and subject to federal and state compliance standards.
Adult Day Care programs provide a safe and structured environment for adults who need supervision during the day but live at home with family or caregivers. Services typically include meals, social activities, personal care, and sometimes health monitoring.
